She is survived by: her children, Christina Neal (Jack) of Swansboro, NC, Frances Devor, Kenny Durham of Bluefield, VA., Bonnie Proffitt (Ronnie) of Bluefield, VA. and Russell Devor of Bluefield, VA.; her grandchildren, Stephanie Haley of Bluefield, VA. and Brandy Price of Bluefield, VA.; her great grandchildren, Brooke Haley of Bluefield, VA., Jacob Haley of Bluefield, VA., Kiowa Clarida of Bluefield, VA. and Will Clarida III of Bluefield, VA.; her siblings, Margarita Segura of Laredo, TX and James Garcia, Jr.; her wife Martha of San Antonio; her sister-in-law Stella Garcia of Arlington, VA.; her former husband Bill Devor; her wife Juanita; and also, Mae Carbaugh, Ernestine Hedrick, Velma Scott and Ida Pascasio.
