She is survived by: her children, Carson Mitchem of Charleston, WV, Trudy Mitchem of Bluefield, VA and Bethany Riddle (Charlie Petree) of Bristol, TN; her sisters, Carol Hart of Bristol, TN and Greta Smith of Virginia Beach, VA; and her grandchildren, Derick Mitchem, Ashley Clemmons and Jarod Riddle.
