He is survived by: his children, Stephen Blevins and Megan Shepard (Bruce); his siblings, Elizabeth Gail Doner (Marshall) of Orlando, FL, Tammy Hatcher (Mike) of Bland, VA and Robert Mitchem of Bluefield, VA; his pet Clyde; and his cousins, Ronnie Raley (Jenny) of Bluefield, VA and Tina Raley of Bluefield, WV. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
