She is survived by: her husband J. C. Barrett; her daughter Yvette Buchanan (Keith); her grandchildren, B. J. Thompson (Reagan) of Knoxville, TN and Jamie Remines (Jared) of Roanoke, VA; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Luke Thompson, Lyla, Grady and Iris Remines; and her sisters, Loretta Stevens of Virginia Beach, VA and Alice Buchanan (Bill) of Bluefield, VA.
