He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thurman Lowe, Sr. and Elsie Geraldine Ashby Lowe; his former wife Susie Jackson; his brother Raymond Lowe, Jr.; and his granddaughter Olivia Ann Moore.
He is survived by: his former wife Amanda Brook Mitchell Lowe of Wardell, VA; his children, Robert Andrew Lowe (Heather Leigh-Ann) of Rocky Gap, VA, Terry Lynn Lowe (Darryl Moore) of Tazewell, VA, Felicia Ann Lowe (Eugene Roark) of North Tazewell, VA and Daniel Ray Lowe (Sierra Johnson) of Bluefield, VA; and his siblings, Ruthie Sawyers of Bluefield, WV and James Lowe (Barbara) of Sugar Hill, GA. He is also survived by several grandchildren; one great grandchild; nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
