He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bradley Seay and Martha Moffett Seay. He is survived by: his spouse Ann W. Seay; his siblings, Donald B. Seay (Rebecca) and Laura A. Seay; his nieces, Amanda Luck (Tyler) and Kaitlyn Daugherty; and his great-nephew Aiden.
