She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Shinault and Lillian A. Foutz; her stepfather Rodney Foutz; and her siblings, Frank Shinault and Kathy Turner.
She is survived by: her husband Gregg Norris; her brother David Shinault (Mary); her children, Lori Carver (Donny), Elizabeth Wilson, John Wilson, Sr. and Harold D. Wilson II; her grandchildren, William Wilson, Tony Wilson, Chalsea Shinault, Jasmine Sexton, Elijah Wilson, John Wilson, Jr., William Hale, Amber Ford, April Hale, David Wilson III, Michael Wilson and Calab Wilson; and her close friends, Troy, Izzy and Reese.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donating to the Roanoke SPCA.
