She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Suter Cline; her parents, William Stuart and Mary Josephine Brubeck (Clemmer); and her siblings, Gene Brubeck, Carl Brubeck, Virginia Brubeck and Dorothy Tatum.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Scott" Cline (Teresa) of Mount Sidney and Martha Ramsey (James) of Goshen; her sister Elizabeth "Libby" Chalfant of Harrisonburg; her grandchildren, Cory Caldwell Cline (Laurin), James W. Ramsey, II (Nicole) and Nancy R. Santy; and her great grandchildren, Michael James Santy, Kayla Renee Santy, Savannah Marie Santy, Andrew Lee Ramsey and Gabriel James Ramsey.
A Graveside service will be held 11:00 a. m. Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Hebron Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Mrs. Barbara Chalfant and Reverend Steve Willis. (Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic all current guidelines and restrictions will be followed.).
