He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Racey and Helen Whetzel Racey; his wife Annabel; his daughter Deborah Bowers (Wayne); his grandsons, Adam Bowers (Megan) of Woodstock, Aaron Bowers (Jessica) of Woodstock and Alan Bowers of Woodstock; his great grandchildren, Abby, Payton, Keira and Leah; and his friends, Church, Work, Gifts and Completed. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, 2 Sisters-In- Law and some cousins.
