He is survived by: his wife Barbara Cooper Wegner; his children, Tim Wegner (Esther) of Monroe, Joel Wegner (Vicki) of Blue Ridge, Bill Wegner (Valerie) of Chesapeake, VA and Joyanna Wegner Li (Eric) of Chengdu, China; and his siblings, Sam Wegner (Ruth Anne), Paul Wegner (Doris), Raymond Wegner (Joyce), Wilmar Wegner (Dee), Louise Green, Lois Hanmer and Leah Willis (Lonnie).
