He was predeceased by: his son Craig Givens. He is survived by: his wife Grace Ann Givens; his daughter Sherri Mylott (Paul); and his stepsons, Sean Goldsmith (Tammy) and Todd Goldsmith (Sommer). He is also survived by four step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
