She was predeceased by: her parents, Lacy Goforth and Pearl Goforth; her brothers, W. C. Goforth and Preston Goforth; her daughter Dianne Flowers; her nephews, Robert Goforth and Tony Goforth; and her niece Daphne Goforth.
She is survived by: her daughter Anita Flowers; her siblings, Glynn Goforth (Dale), Lacy Goforth and Katherine Lawson; and her nieces and nephews, Tricia Grand (Danny), Kimberly Hilbert (Andy), Cathy Rea, Melody Goforth, Bill Lawson (Debbie), Mike Lawson (Laura), Randy Goforth (Donna) and Thomas Goforth (Kailie).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Kindred Hospice and/or American Heart Association.
