She is survived by: her children, Phillip Lewis, Jr., Lisa Burns, Clark Lewis and Becky Moyers; her grandchildren, Clark Lewis, Jr., Kristen Lewis, Jeremy Lewis, Samantha Lewis, Carson Lewis, Earl Lewis, Leticia Harvey, Jonathan Sphar, Keithy Sphar, Jason Lewis and Melanie Lewis; her great grandchildren, Samantha Lewis, Nicholas Anthony, Wyatt Anthony, Hadley Harvey and Raelynn Harvey; and her brothers, Hugh Clinton Mayne (Ellen) and Bud Mayne (Judy Mayne).
