He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Louise Rhodes; and his siblings, William, Mildred, Dorothy, Ruby Ann and Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Joan West of Ellsworth; his children, Richard West (Donna), Jerri Lynn Cook (Ed) and Jeffrey West; his grandchildren, Christina, Jeffrey, Andria, Ryan, Kevin, Eric and Melissa; his great grandchildren, Audrey, Amelia, Emma and Annie; and his sister Donna Beem (Kenneth) of Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
