He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kipps and Nenetha Kerlin Kipps; and his siblings, Erma Kipps and Cornelius "Corney" Kipps. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Rickey Ritenour (Sherrie) of Edinburg and Stephen Ritenour of Woodstock; his sister Mary McMillen; and his grandchildren, Christopher Ritenour, Abby Ritenour and Adam Ritenour. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
