In loving memory of Charles Rich of Blue Ridge, Virginia, who departed this world on June 18, 2024 at the age of 80. Charles leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Charles shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Charles farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Kink" Rich and Fern Rich (Carothers); and his sister Shirley VanDonge. He is survived by: his wife Holly Rich (Peterson); his sister Joyce Barkley of Overbrook, KS.; and his children, Bryan Rich (Aimee) of Four Oaks, NC, Daryl Rich (Erin) of Roanoke, VA and Wendy Lounds (Randy) of Pristina, Kosovo.. He is also survived by 2 step grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
