Carol Gibson Obituary
The memory of Carol Gibson of Blue Ridge, Virginia, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 76, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lenwood Vernon Cook and Joyce Marie Cook; and her siblings, David Allen Cook and Barbara Ann Bruner. She is survived by: her son Mike Gibson (Terri Ross Gibson); her grandson Jarad Gibson; her sisters, Dottie Metz and Linda Moores (David); and her close friends, Virginia Gibson Lewis and Margaret Bohon. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oakey's East Chapel (5188 Cloverdale Rd, Roanoke, VA 24019). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
