He is survived by: his wife Alene Sowers; his daughter Cindy Oyler (R. P. Arthur); his granddaughters, Makayla and Megan Oyler; his siblings, Bruce Sowers (Wanda) and Carmen Manning; and his close friend Gary St. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitors will be welcomed with social distancing and masks.
