She was predeceased by: her husband Freddy Ray Tribbett; her parents, Russell Daniel Cook and Claudia Spickard Cook; and her sisters, Sara Carr and Gay Booze.
She is survived by: her children, David (Deedee), Troy (Sandy), Pam (Gabe) and Dana (Kevin Teaford); her grandchildren, Samantha (Derrick Obenchain), Krissy (Danny Stanley), Freddy J (Christy), Emily (Tyler Hazelwood), Adri (David Gaylor), Josie, Olivia and Colton; her siblings, Janet Tribbett, Mable Booze and Marshall "Buck" Cook (Carol); and her friend Marcy Caffrey. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
