He is survived by: his nephews, Steven Michael Wealthy (Jeannette), Chad Sammons and Courtney Foltz (Pam); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole Wealthy, Xavier Sammons, Sierra Wealthy and Amelia Sammons.
