He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dale and Ruby "Peg" Irene Durham (Cole); his former wife Eris Vest Durham; his brother Randy Durham; his nephews, Kyle and Zachary Durham; and also, Abu and Meeko.
He is survived by: his significant other Bruce Folks of Blue Grass; his daughters, Janna and Bryanna Folks; his siblings, Teresa Koehler (Ron), Debra Durham and Rodney Durham (Ingrid); his nieces and nephews, Abby Koehler, Erin Koehler Smith, Brynne Street, Erika Rubo, Gracie Durham, Olimpia Koehler Cox, Augustus Koehler Cox, William Walker Smith, Graham Smith and Oliver Rubo; his pet Stitch; and also Disney Characters. He is also survived by his community, fellow market vendors, many friends, his family.
