She was predeceased by: her parents, Loy Milburn and Mary Catherine Smith (Bird); her husband Ivan Richard Puffenbarger; and her brothers, Charles "Buck" Smith, James Smith, Ralph Smith and Loy "Junior" Smith Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Botkin (Jerry) and Doug Puffenbarger (Terri); her grandsons, Eric Puffenbarger (Kim), Brad Puffenbarger (Kari) and Michael Botkin; her great grandchildren, Brielle, Abbigale and Ayda Puffenbarger; and her close friend Wanda Townsend. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
