He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Marie (Wimer) and Fred William Wagner; and his brothers, J. B. Wagner and Carl W. Wagner. He is survived by: his siblings, Dale Wagner of Monterey, Ruby Wagner Newcomb of Staunton, Jean Wagner Mullins of Staunton and Louise Wagner Foerestel of St. Louis; and his aunt Geneva Sheets (Wimer) of Staunton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
