She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgie Lemasters (Dickerson) and Samuel Lemasters; and her siblings, Roy, August, Ida, Alma, Ruby and Maxine.
She is survived by: her husband John William Jack of Pendleton Manor; her children, Mary "Lenora" Ralston (Charlie) of Blue Grass and John W. "Billy" Jack Jr. of Blue Grass; her grandchildren, Caitlyn E. Ralston of Inwood, WV, Charles "Calvin" Ralston of Blue Grass and Peggy Sue Gross of Richmond; and her great grandchildren, Bentley and Skylar.
