We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2024 we had to say goodbye to John Luther Jones of Blue Grass, Virginia, born in Doe Hill, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though John Luther may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John Luther touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Kenton Jones and Bertha Lillian Simmons; his brothers, Billy Lee Jones, James Curtis Hancock and George Lane Hancock; his friend James; and also, Shirley Armstrong and Presley Marshall.
Memorials may be given to the Highland County Volunteer Rescue Squad.
