He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Jack (Kiser) and Robert Martin Jack. He is survived by: his children, Mary "Lenora" Ralston (Charlie) of Blue Grass and John W. "Billy" Jack Jr. of Blue Grass; his grandchildren, Caitlyn E. Ralston of Inwood, WV, Charles "Calvin" Ralston of Blue Grass and Peggy Sue Gross of Richmond; and his great grandchildren, Bentley and Skylar.
