He is survived by: his parents, Jesse Clay Propst II of Harrisonburg and Judy Simmons of Staunton; his spouse Ashley Huyler Hull; his son Hunter Clay Propst of Churchville; his brother Jerome Propst (Sandra) of Dayton; his parents-in-law, Patrick and Treva Hull of Forks; his sisters-in-law, Hannah Murray (Vincent) of Vanderpool and Cindy Boyd (Elliott) of Forks; and his nieces and nephews, Thomas Boyd, Jacob, Scottie Murray, Katie Shifflet, Cheyenne Propst and Madalyn Boyd.
