She was predeceased by: her parents, Audrey Lou (Harper) and Henry Martin Beverage; her husband Carl Lee Simmons; and her brother William "Dale" Beverage. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Liz" Varner (Edward "Eddie") of Stuarts Draft, Wilton Simmons (Tammy) of Blue Grass and Stu Simmons (Ginger Morgan) of Blue Grass; her grandchildren, Wendy Ware (Anthony) of Buckhannon, W. V, Russell Varner of Stuarts Draft and Tyler Arbaugh of Blue Grass; her great grandchild Victoria Harmon of Buckhannon, W. V; and her brother Jack Beverage (Thelma) of Strait Creek. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
