He is survived by: his son John Newcomb (Debbie) of Grottoes, VA; his siblings, Lois Gayle Long of Aberdeen, MD, Helen M. Arbaugh (Kermit) of Snowy Mountain, WV and Dorain B. Newcomb of Alliance, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher Ruddle, Teddy Hinkle and Jason Newcomb; and his great grandchildren, Makailyn, Ryelan Ruddle, Wyatt, Mason Hinkle and Kyra Grace Newcomb.
