He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest, Sr. Perkins and Elizabeth Grace Damron Perkins; his wife Barbara Taylor Perkins; his son Paul Curtis Perkins; and his sister Janet Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his son-in-law Tim Adams; his son Timothy; his daughter-in-law Kim Perkins; his grandchildren, Jason, Eliza Worlledge and Emma Perkins; and his friend Lorene Barry. He is also survived by many friends and his church family.
