It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Oliver Jr. of Bland, Virginia, born in Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Eugene Oliver, Sr. and Edna Stewart Oliver; and his brother Joseph Edwin Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Carol Maupin Oliver; his daughters, Becky Oliver of Bland, VA and Heather Oliver of Huntington, WV; his grandson Graham Jones of Charlotte, NC; his brother Steven Stewart Oliver; and his pet Retriever. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and his fur baby.
