She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Faulkner and Clara Conner Faulkner; her son Luther George Shewey; and her siblings, Walter, Wade, Earl C. Faulkner, Mary Trump and Nancy Parks.
She is survived by: her son William Thomas; her daughter-in-law Helen Shewey of Bland; her brother C. L.; her sister-in-law Brenda Faulkner of Pulaski; her grandchildren, Sherri (Randy Dillow), Kathy Shewey, Laytrayle Tyeryar, Megan Cox and Kellan Shewey; her nephew James Trump; and her close friend Bill Waters. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bland Community Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Morning Star Cemetery.
