She is survived by: her son Larry Dean Perkey (Ava) of Bland; her grandson Chad Perkey; her great grandchild Bane Perkey; her friend Susie Musser; her nieces, Valerie (Kevin Hatcher) and Audrey Lambert; and her nephew Leon Lambert, Jr.. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
