He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard A. Sage and Hazel Conley Sage; and his sister Rose Sage. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Sage of Bland, VA; his children, Anita Sage Cox (Jeff) of Wytheville, VA, Steven Sage (Crystal) of Bland, VA and Michael Sage (Tricia) of Wytheville, VA; his grandchildren, Steven Anthony Sage, II, Gabrielle Sage, Evan Sage and Tristan Cox; and his siblings, Mary Kahle of Wytheville, VA, Herman Sage (Betty) of Lerona, WV, Glen Harrison Sage (Sharleen) of Hillsville, VA and Paul Sage (Pamela) of Bluefield, WV..
