He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard Miller Sr. and Zephana Cassell Miller; his wife Frances Wanda Fields Miller; and his brother George Andrew Miller. He is survived by: his children, Delisa Dillow (Paul) of Bland, VA and James H Miller III (Lori) of Draper, VA; his siblings, Mike Miller (Thelma) of Crockett, VA and Becky; his sister-in-law Sandra Miller of Blacksburg, VA; his grandchildren, Kirsten McCown, Kayla Dillow, Keith Miller and Tristen Dillow; his great grandchildren, Addison McCown and Avery McCown; and his pet Roscoe.
