He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Williams and Minnie Wright Williams; his former wife Jane Williams; his brother John Williams; and his son Randy Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Keene Williams; his children, Jeff Williams (Carla O'Dell) and Sarah Williams (Daniel Mitchell); his stepchildren, Angela Hayes (John), Michelle Coppola (Monty) and Brad Adkins (Brittany); his daughter-in-law Deborah Williams; his sisters-in-law, Helen Williams and Debbie Uhl (Terry); and his grandchildren, Emily (Rob), Erin, Holly (Jake), Josh R., Morgan, Rylee, Brittany, Michael (Samantha), Cole, Branson, Emberlin, Carson, Brooke (Stephen) and Josh B. (Patience). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations may be made in his honor to Bastian Union Church building fund.
