It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Jean Lilly of Bland, Virginia, born in Willits, California, who passed away on November 13, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aarlon Hubert Allen and Ima Jean Ingram Walker; her stepfather Samuel "Gratt" Walker; and her siblings, Dean Allen and Stella Stanley.
She is survived by: her daughter Freedom Kelley; her sister Yvonne Munsey; her close friend Donna Mabry; and her friend Nursing. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
