He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Stafford and Clara Watson Miller; his children, Sara Clark (Scott) of Richmond, VA, David Miller, III (Lea) of Bland, VA and Tim Miller (Michelle) of Midlothian, VA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Miller and Kathryn Miller.
