He is survived by: his nephew Todd Steffey; his wife Carol French Shockley; his children, Jessica Shockley, Michael Shockley, Emma Shockley, David Shockley and Andy Tweedy; his grandchildren, Michael Shockley, Jr., Gabriel Logan Shockley, Annabelle Thomas, Evie Virginia Thomas and Jeffrey Robert Scott Thomas; his siblings, David Shockley and Linda; his brother-in-law Stanley Steffey; his mother-in-law Nancy French; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Robinett, Tammy Johnson, R. D. and Rhonda French. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and children.
