He was predeceased by: his parents, Savannah Loney and Nannie Roberta Waller Loney; and his brother Curtis Loney. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Loney; his daughter Michaela Loney of Lynchburg, VA; his siblings, Pearl Koger (Charles) of Danville, VA, Joyce Coleman of Danville, VA, Bessie Payne (Eyvonne) of Richmond, VA, Linda Smith of Riverside, CA and Larry Loney (Cynthia) of Albuquerque, NM; and his sister-in-law Patricia Lampkin (Frank) of Blairs, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
