He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John D. "Jake" Haskins, George H. Breedlove, Sr. and Helen S. Breedlove. He is survived by: his parents, George H. Breedlove, Jr. and Janice H. Breedlove; his grandmother Helen M. Haskins; his siblings, Melodi B. Irving (Daniel), April B. Ball (Jonathan) and Jeremy S. Breedlove (Jennifer); and his daughter Julianne N. Breedlove. He is also survived by 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to his daughter for the costs of medical and other expenses that may arise concerning her father's sudden departure. Donations can be sent to Julianne Breedlove, c/o Irving Family, 609 Reese Dr., Danville, VA 24540.
