He is survived by: his wife Sandra McKinnis; his sons, Richard McKinnis (Laura) of Lumberton, TX and Roy McKinnis (Julia); his grandchildren, Cayce Lipford (Scott), Taylor McKinnis (Evelyn), Dallen McKinnis and John McKinnis; and his great grandchildren, Colby Lipford, Carter Lipford, Susannah Wilkinson and Elijah McKinnis.
