She was predeceased by: her parents, Sandy James Martin and Okie Gaster Martin; her husband James Evyne Martin; her sons, Larry and Jerry Martin; her granddaughters, Lisa and Crystal; and her daughter-in-law Linda Martin.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Cooper (Paul), Wanda Keen (Leonard), Vickie Bowen (Stanley), Roger Martin and Danny Martin (Pam); her grandchildren, Janice, Stephen, Jessica, Jason, Brian, Jaime, Trevor, Shane, Chris, Amy, Wayne, Richard, Donny, Carrie, Bud, Kathryn, Travis and James; and her sister Betty Lou Owen. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren & great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Updike Funeral Chapel (11351 Leesville Rd, Huddleston, VA 24104). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Prophecy Cemetery (1022 Winona Ln, Lynch Station, VA 24571).
