She is survived by: her husband Billie K Wallen; her daughters, Kelli Page (Travis) of Duffield, VA and Kandice Wallen (Thomas Baker); her grandsons, Chrisitan Baker and Xander Page; her son Schott Rhoton (Cynthia); her sister Jeaneen Riggs (Jim); and her sister-in-law Kimberly Woodard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
