He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Sullivan and Laura Sullivan; and his brother Chris Sullivan, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Darsulla Sullivan; his siblings, Vonda Gardner, Cheryl Thomas (Roy) and Paul Fred Sullivan (Shirley); his nieces and nephews, Christopher (Kelci), Jared Thomas (Stephanie), Lesa Gardener, Laura Grindstaff (Beth), Sarah Rodgers (Collin), Melora Thomas (Carl Littrell) and Stephanie Collins; and his brothers-in-law, Ralph Smith, Roy Thomas and Stevie Collins. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, and many friends and relatives.
