It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Tebault Frost (Blackwater, Virginia), who passed away on December 10, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luta Freeman Tebault and Richard Murray Tebault; her siblings, Mildred Bray and Earl; her sister-in-law Laura Tebault; her daughters, Diane Horsley (Don) of Virginia Beach, Faye Shealy of Williamsburg and Beverly Powell (Chesley) of Southern Pines, NC; her grandsons, Shane Horsley (Whitney) and Ryan Horsley (Anne); and her great grandchildren, Meredith and Ella. She was also cherished by six nieces and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Blackwater Baptist Church Perpetual Care or the American Diabetes Association.
