It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elena Spears Fisher of Blackwater, Virginia, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Spears and Vernie Spears; her siblings, Leonard Spears, Newland Spears, Alma Staley, Jewel Spears and Vicky Leonard; and her stepdaughter Pam Fisher.
She is survived by: her husband Donnie Fisher; her children, Chuck Weaver, Jimmy Dale Weaver and Jamie Fisher; her stepson Scott Fisher; her grandchildren, Jacob Fisher, Jordan Fisher, Brandon Weaver, Justin Weaver, Caroline Wykes and Cole Fisher; her siblings, JC Spears, Roger Spears, Ronnie Spears and Sue Roseberry; and her caregiver Fredda Robins.
