He was predeceased by: his parents, Elijah Creech and Rosa Witt Creech; his former wife Judy Creech; and his brothers, Carl and Clarence Creech.
He is survived by: his wife Lorena Creech; his niece Kathy Johnson; his stepchildren, Donnie Wallen, Karen Randolph and Joey Roark; his stepgrandchildren, Cody Wallen, Will Randolph and Allison Stewart; and his stepgreat-grandson Colt Wallen.
