He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Wininger (Mike) of Surgoinsville, TN; his brother Phillip Wayne Wallen (Margaret) of Church Hill, TN; and his grandchildren, Joey Edwards and Craig Wininger. He is also survived by nieces, great nieces and nephews.
