He was predeceased by: his parents, Josie Wallace and Bob Wallace; and his brothers, Robert, Clifton, Freeman, Harold and Carlton Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Neely Wallace; his children, Spencer B. "Skip" Wallace, Jr. (Robin) of Elkton, VA, Monta Kaye Worley "Jimmy" of Disputanta, VA, Deborah Wallace-Bullard (Tim) of Fishersville, VA and Thomas William Wallace (Christina) of Darvills, VA.; and his grandchildren, Collin Wallace (Hannah Pulley), Braeden Wallace (Adelyn), Thomas Worley (Sabrina), Taylor Widener (Randy), Montana Bullard, Bailey Wallace (Chelsea), Kole Wallace (Katie), Clayton Wallace (Ivey) and Mathew Dagles. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
